About Me

I spent years integrating enterprise systems. Today I use the same systems thinking to solve everyday business problems.

Luyanda Boya Enterprise systems. Founder-Built Software

Hi, I’m Luyanda Boya. I spent years as a Corporate Integration Engineer, connecting enterprise systems that weren’t built to talk to each other. Today I build software companies that solve the same problem for South African businesses — disconnected processes, lost revenue, and time spent on work that should run itself.

Enterprise Systems → Business Infrastructure → Software Companies

My Journey

Learning to build systems I started as an Integration Engineer, connecting enterprise systems that weren’t designed to work together. The job taught me to think in flows — where information starts, where it breaks, and what it costs a business when it does.

Discovering the bigger problem The pattern showed up everywhere I looked. It usually wasn’t the technology that failed — it was the process around it. Leads went cold. Customer communication was inconsistent. Data that mattered sat locked in a system nobody else could see.

Becoming a founder That pattern is what moved me from fixing other companies’ systems to building my own. I stopped integrating other people’s software and started building software that fixes the problem at the source.

What I Believe

  • Technology should simplify work, not add to it.
  • Software should solve a business problem before it adds a feature.
  • The best automation is invisible — it just means the problem stopped happening.
  • Good systems give people more time with customers and less time on admin.
  • Businesses rarely need another app. They need their existing systems connected properly.

How I Work

Understand the business → Map the workflow → Remove bottlenecks → Automate what matters

Automation comes last, not first. Most AI consultants start with the tool.

I start with the workflow — automation only earns its place once the process underneath it actually makes sense.

A Few Things About Me

  • I like breaking complicated problems into simple, well-connected systems.
  • I’m still learning — engineering, business, marketing, product — because each one changes how I build.
  • I believe understanding a customer’s problem always comes before writing the code that solves it.

Studying digital marketing isn’t a pivot — it’s one more system I’m learning to connect.
